Our Story Our roots trace back to the 1960s at Hellshire Beach, Jamaica, where Aunt May began her renowned fish business. Her daughter, Carlene, has carried forward this legacy, establishing Aunt May's Fish Fry & Catering in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, in 2021. This venture was initiated to honor her mother's memory and to share the beloved flavors of Hellshire Beach with the South Florida community.
